Waist trainer fits well and it's snug to my skin. It feels comfortable also. Buy a size smaller than your usual size.

The waist trainer fits well and does it's job, but i would advise you buy a size smaller. I'm a UK 18. I got 2XL, and it's big. So I'll buy an XL or medium. Overall, the waist trainer is good.

I’ve tried three different waist trimmers and this is by far the best one. I use this only during workouts & during my light cardio sessions. It is very comfortable & after the first few minutes I forget I’m even wearing it. I would highly recommend this .

This is also such a good product because it did not hurt my c-section scar. Some activities bother me still even though I have healed and i was worried this would make it worse but actually with this on i didn’t feel anything while i was working out. I would recommend 100%.

You can most definitely tell that it has light steel bones in this trainer due to the support it offers! Even when sitting down it supports posture and keep stomach held in tightly! I ordered the black one with the two belts!

Very supportive when working out. I'm 5'2" tall so it maybe uncomfortable for someone with a short torso but I find it easy to put on and take off. Easy to air dry.

Great purchase! Good quality for the price! I purchased the Large .the Large is just perfect for me! It holds me in perfectly! I workout in mine (HIIT cardio) and haven't had any issues with it rolling up nor being uncomfortable.
